On behalf of our team and the agriculture and first responder communities, we are so glad you are seeking support.

Three Oaks Cabin is here to support you—farmers and first responders—in your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our partners at National Farmer Mental Health Alliance will assist in creating the space and mindset toward healthy living.

It is an honour to provide this opportunity for a rest for you, your family, and colleagues.

Information about your stay

A few things to know about your visit with us.

• Guests: The cabin can accommodate 1 to 6 guests at a time. All ages are welcome but individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Cost: There is no cost to stay at the cabin. Donations are welcomed and appreciated but are optional.

• Length of Stay: Each stay includes 3 days and 2 nights, either Tuesday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday.

• Programming: Self-directed mental health programming is available during your stay. This includes online video modules, a workbook to guide you through activities and reflection, and a follow-up call, text or email with a registered therapist to provide additional support as needed.*

*In some situations, guests may be contacted by a therapist from National Farmer Mental Health Alliance before their visit to ensure that the cabin is the best fit for them at this time.
